Financial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with appraisers, clients, market leadership, and Valuation & Advisory Leadership to manage revenue and expenses.

• Perform research and analysis that supports revenue management and expense monitoring.

• Observe and track revenue sources, expenditures, and cash flow.

• Assist in the preparation of commission applications, documentation, and ensure adherence to policies.

• Maintain records of policy modifications and updates.

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, which includes generating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.

• Address revenue-related challenges and discrepancies with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Design and implement enhanced revenue management and accounting procedures.

• Prepare financial reports and statements pertaining to revenue, expenses, and cash management.

• Support revenue recognition activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in revenue management, expense tracking, or accounting positions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret financial data and conduct research analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data entry and record-keeping.

• Proficient in accounting software and relevant tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Workday.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders.
