Financial Compliance Expert – CL Funnel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete a written intake on compliance practices that lasts approximately 15 minutes.

• Outline daily workflows, time distribution, and essential processes related to the role.

• Illustrate how seasoned practitioners categorize the compliance field using insider insights.

• Provide specific examples of instances where AI has misinterpreted compliance tasks based on personal case experiences.

• Highlight the often-overlooked elements of compliance work that outsiders and project designers may neglect.

• Offer insights that will influence the direction of future compliance projects for AI laboratories.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing or recently active in the compliance and financial-crime sector.

• Background in first line, second line, internal audit, or external advisory roles.

• Experience in one or more domains: KYC/CDD and client onboarding; transaction monitoring and AML investigations; sanctions and screening; fraud and disputes; trade and communications oversight; conduct and consumer-protection compliance; regulatory reporting and changes; compliance testing and assurance.

• Preferably holds CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, an ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations; however, extensive practical experience without a credential will also be considered.

• Must be willing to provide detailed, specific explanations regarding the mechanics of compliance work.

• Candidates must not be H1-B or STEM OPT holders.
