CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise all financial activities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Formulate and execute long-term financial strategies aimed at promoting business growth and sustainability.

• Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, and the overall financial health of the organization.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure financial planning is in alignment with organizational objectives.

• Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations as well as tax obligations.

• Direct financial audits and liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders.

• Evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights to ownership and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• An MBA or CPA is preferred.

• Over 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including roles as CFO or in senior finance positions.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

• A passion for youth development, sports, or community-focused organizations is advantageous.
