Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create advanced Business Intelligence models to provide strategic insights regarding retention, customer delivery, and service costs.

• Lead the development of renewals and churn assumption frameworks to assist in executive decision-making and central revenue forecasting.

• Monitor Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, and engagement trends to enhance platform engagement.

• Evaluate cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity to improve operational efficiency across customer-facing teams.

• Act as a strategic collaborator within the Customer FP&A team.

• Develop retention strategies, optimize customer lifetime value, and transform complex metrics into actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles.

• Extensive knowledge in data analytics.

• Proven expertise in financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.

• A history of utilizing data to foster strategic alignment across Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams.

• Demonstrated capability in process optimization and automating systems to improve operational productivity.

• Experience with integrating AI-driven analytical solutions to enhance financial modeling.

• Strong knowledge of product adoption metrics like Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use tracking.
