This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the broader finance team and various departments in a supportive capacity aimed at enhancing DDS Lab’s present and future financial performance.

• Deliver financial insights through detailed analytical reporting and forecasting models.

• Take ownership of revenue, pricing strategies, and revenue-associated initiatives.

• Manage monthly revenue executive reports and provide insightful commentary.

• Assist in the development of comprehensive financial statement executive reports and their accompanying commentary.

• Oversee revenue-related rebates, programs, and promotional activities.

• Be responsible for revenue forecasts and the annual operating plan.

• Aid in constructing full financial statement forecasts and the annual operating strategy.

• Supervise customer pricing activities, including maintaining price lists, determining new customer pricing, conducting market analyses, and modeling price changes.

• Execute sales modeling and reporting at both customer and product levels.

• Conduct margin analyses at the customer or product level.

• Generate CPA requests.

• Manage dashboards and reports utilizing visualization tools.

• Address ad hoc requests that require financial assistance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.

• 1-5 years of relevant experience as a financial analyst or in a comparable analytical position.

• A solid understanding of fundamental financial and accounting principles pertaining to the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong grasp of advanced Excel functions (e.g., XLOOKUP, IF/AND/OR, SUMIFS).

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for analyzing and evaluating opportunities and risks.

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly using Excel.

• Capability to distill data into a clear, actionable format with high accuracy.

• Familiarity with common forecasting and budgeting techniques.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
