Financial Analyst – Accounts Receivable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Process and clear payment slips, ensuring accurate recording of all receipts (bank slips, PIX, and transfers) in the system.

• Reconcile bank slips and PIX payments, addressing discrepancies and maintaining consistency during financial closings.

• Oversee bank slip billing, reviewing remittance and return files both sent to and received from banks.

• Address tickets and inquiries regarding cancellations, extensions, payment confirmations, service modifications, and other requests from schools.

• Monitor payments received via the Decodificar platform, ensuring they are accurately recorded and reconciled.

• Assist schools with queries related to financial and administrative processes concerning received payments.

• Register new services and payment plans in the system according to the requirements of school units.

• Generate bank slips for maintenance services, one-time charges, and additional services.

• Ensure timely and accurate generation, submission, and processing of all bank remittance files.

• Conduct daily bank reconciliation of receivables to maintain up-to-date and consistent balances with the system.

• Analyze daily cash flow variations, identifying anomalies or deviations.

• Create, analyze, and provide receivables reports that contain reliable and valuable management information.

• Support the review and structuring of financial data, ensuring the integrity and clarity of consolidated information.

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of policies, processes, and workflows that enhance the quality of financial information and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with TOTVS RM ERP (preferred).

• Intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables).

• Knowledge of and experience in managing payment methods.

• Experience with accounts receivable processes.
