📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction remotely utilizing adaptive, AI-enhanced teaching methods within WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Offer targeted support and resources tailored to address learners' unique challenges.

• Adjust coaching techniques to meet individual needs and track learning progress.

• Contribute to the skill enhancement of course participants.

• Serve as a content creator and learning facilitator.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications along with experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk.

• Hands-on experience as a trainer or instructor in financial accounting, covering DATEV, fundamental accounting principles, recording business transactions, and preparing annual financial statements.

• Demonstrable proof of pedagogical competence.

• AEVO certification is preferred.

• Exceptional proficiency in the instructional language — German (C2 level).

• Prior professional experience is essential.
