Finance Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Manage supplier invoices in SAP, ensuring precise and prompt processing.

• Prepare and execute certificates that validate the reception of goods within the EU.

• Review and enhance invoice and goods receipt certificate templates in ReadSoft Invoices.

• Assist with finance-related tasks for the parent company and other entities within the KOSTAL Group.

• Track assigned responsibilities and communicate updates or potential challenges to the team leader.

• Share ideas for process improvements, boosting efficiency, and optimizing expenses.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments and international KOSTAL locations.

• Possession of higher education (Bachelor’s, Specialist, or Master’s degree).

• Proficient command of English (minimum B2 level) is essential.
