Finance Subject Matter Expert – ALM Systems, Transformation & Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Map comprehensive billing and settlement workflows from start to finish.

• Integrate operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to create cohesive data models.

• Design and execute frameworks for real-time inventory monitoring and asset valuation.

• Deliver detailed P&L visibility across various regions and channels.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments of regional invoicing systems.

• Ensure effective revenue recognition and establish secure approval processes.

• Streamline and enhance the timeline from the initial asset receipt to the final cash collection.

• Convert complex financial needs into actionable operational solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, particularly in the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management sectors.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools.

• Proven track record in managing financial integrations post-Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

• Experience navigating intricate multi-entity environments.

• Background in designing data models for margin analysis.

• Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to influence executive leadership and connect technical and operational teams.

• Must reside in Colombia or Mexico.
