Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge BI tools and concepts within the organization.

• Assume full accountability for processes, which encompasses design, development, testing, monitoring, support, and maintenance.

• Provide guidance to business and development teams on the effective use of reports and alerts.

• Collaborate closely with business, data, product, and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or relevant studies in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field — required.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Administrator Creator in Tableau — required.

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries — required.

• Experience with Python — required.

• Familiarity with Big Data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convert business requirements into technical solutions — required.

• Experience with Airflow — advantageous.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Project management experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies — a plus.

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency and support daily BI development.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
