Finance Specialist, French – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Challenge sophisticated language models on financial subjects, including GAAP and IFRS standards, balance sheet analysis, cash flow forecasting, derivatives, equity and debt valuation, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

• Engage with the model in both English and French on practical financial issues and theoretical inquiries.

• Ensure factual accuracy and logical coherence.

• Document reproducible error traces and detail model failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Assist in training AI systems that facilitate financial analysis, education, and decision support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French.

• Strong background in financial modeling, accounting principles, investment analysis, financial markets, risk management, corporate finance, and international finance.

• Expertise in French-speaking regions.

• Capability to assess GAAP and IFRS standards, balance sheet analysis, cash flow forecasting, derivatives, equity and debt valuation, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

• Proficient in conversing with the model in both English and French.

• Ability to ensure factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Skilled in capturing reproducible error traces.

• Capable of suggesting enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills and the ability to “show your work.”

• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.

• Practical experience in financial institutions, corporate finance, or regulatory roles.
