Finance Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI models in both English and French regarding real-world financial challenges and theoretical inquiries.

• Ensure the factual accuracy and logical coherence of model outputs.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Test advanced language models on financial subjects such as GAAP, IFRS, balance sheets, cash flow forecasting, derivatives, valuation, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

• Assist in training AI systems that facilitate financial analysis, education, and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in finance, including financial modeling, accounting principles, investment analysis, financial markets, risk management, corporate finance, and international finance.

• Familiarity with French-speaking regions.

• Proficient in GAAP and IFRS standards, balance sheet analysis, cash flow forecasting, derivatives, equity and debt valuation, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

• Fluency in French is essential.

• A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are advantageous.

• Practical experience in financial institutions, corporate finance, or regulatory positions.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your thought process.

• Capable of conversing in both English and French.

• Must have a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
