Finance & Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis.

• Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis.

• Generate financial reports.

• Execute cash flow forecasting.

• Develop financial models and carry out trend analysis.

• Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance reporting accuracy.

• Ensure the integrity of finance and operations data.

• Facilitate leadership decision-making through actionable insights.

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations leadership and work across departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, purchasing, or a similar analytical position.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Background in financial modeling is preferred.

• Experience in budgeting and forecasting is preferred.

• Experience in SaaS or Education sectors is preferred.

• Capability to work at a screen for prolonged periods.

• Proficient with standard input devices.

• Able to participate in virtual meetings.
