Finance Manager, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Prepare, generate, and process invoices to guarantee prompt delivery.

• Reconcile invoices, payments, and financial records across various accounts and systems.

• Maintain precise partner legal and financial information and verify banking details.

• Act as the primary finance contact for partners in emerging markets, including Mexico and Colombia.

• Address finance-related inquiries from partners.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment challenges.

• Analyze internal invoicing data to enhance financial reporting and invoicing accuracy.

• Assist with urgent team tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Manage partner credit limits and early prepayment agreements.

• Contribute to team development and support daily accounting and payment operations for LATAM.

• Optimize financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 years of experience focusing on financial operations and payment processing.

• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.

• Familiarity with MRFS, NIF, and IFRS standards.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Payment Service Providers is preferred.

• Understanding of financial controlling processes is preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems such as DATEV, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

• Proficiency in Business Spanish is a plus.
