Finance Manager – FSLDP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in three 12-month rotations over a span of three years within the finance department.

• Deliver financial analysis services to designated areas, potentially covering any department within Finance.

• Create long-term plans, annual budgets, strategic assessments, investment analyses, forecasts, and evaluations of actual results versus forecasts.

• Offer analytical support to senior management concerning capital budgeting, pricing analyses, and other crucial decisions.

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings, present these to leadership, and aid in their implementation.

• Develop benchmarks to assess prioritization, relative efficiencies, and portfolio management.

• Educate senior management and functional-area staff on the company's financial policies and procedures.

• Assist staff in understanding and applying financial policies.

• Collaborate with other finance areas as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Currently enrolled in the final year of an MBA program.

• Expected to graduate no later than summer 2027.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the current academic program.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with all management levels.

• Strong leadership qualities and an outstanding team player.

• Three or more years of experience in sophisticated financial modeling.

• Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is preferred.
