Finance M&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assisting ABB in global financial due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

• Identifying potential risks in M&A opportunities.

• Developing, advising, and implementing strategies to secure the most advantageous outcomes.

• Conducting initial assessments of targets, including preliminary financial evaluations.

• Preparing, executing, and providing support for financial due diligence processes on both the buy and sell sides.

• Reviewing closing accounts as part of the finalization of purchase prices.

• Aiding in the creation of pro forma financial statements.

• Implementing controls for acquisitions and divestitures.

• Contributing to the formulation of ABB’s accounting policies, directives, and controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence.

• Familiarity with US GAAP (or IFRS).

• Strong communication, project management, and analytical abilities.

• Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel globally.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
