Finance Lead, Systems Governance – Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the enterprise SAC Administration Guide along with related documentation.

• Organize knowledge transfer sessions in collaboration with developers and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Convert technical recordings and knowledge transfer sessions into well-structured administrative documents.

• Ensure that administration documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, audit-ready, and aligned with production functionality.

• Oversee document version control, approvals, review cycles, and archival processes.

• Manage SharePoint repositories, documentation trackers, and governance materials.

• Set and uphold documentation standards, templates, and quality controls.

• Create governance documentation and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical documentation accurately represents implemented functionalities.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, expense, and capital planning.

• Prepare variance analysis and schedules for management reporting.

• Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services on monthly closing and financial reporting activities.

• Communicate discrepancies against benchmarks and agree on resolutions or action plans.

• Provide insights into business and financial performance, including risks and opportunities.

• Oversee financial reviews and approvals for purchase order requests and invoices.

• Lead ad hoc analyses, projects, and process enhancements.

• May supervise one or more direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise planning solutions.

• Proficient in documentation and technical writing.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

• Preferred experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) administration or support.

• Preferred experience in SAP BPC planning.

• Knowledge of SOX, audit controls, and governance processes is preferred.

• Experience in developing training materials and facilitating knowledge transfer sessions is preferred.

• Familiarity with finance planning processes such as Forecast, LBE, Plan, and LRP cycles is preferred.
