This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete a structured online survey lasting approximately 25 minutes.

• Provide insights on PBM selection, pricing and rebate structures, drug expenditure, and specialty pharmacy strategies.

• Ensure all responses are submitted within the specified timeframe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current position must be Chief Financial Officer or Vice President of Finance.

• Employment with a health plan or health insurer, a provider-sponsored health plan owned by a healthcare system, or a third-party administrator (TPA) that makes its own PBM decisions.

• Must have formal authority over PBM decisions: either the final decision-maker on PBM selection or a member of the PBM selection committee.

• Must be based in the United States.

• Ability to independently complete an online survey that takes approximately 25 minutes.

• Individuals with titles in pharmacy, clinical, medical, procurement, contracting, and compliance are not eligible.

• Employees of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), benefits consultants or brokers, employers purchasing benefits for their own employees, and hospitals and health systems lacking their own health plan are not eligible.
