Finance Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject-matter expert for topline data.

• Oversee models and collaborate with RevOps, Data Engineering, Deal Desk, and Product stakeholders.

• Leverage data models and AI tools to uncover opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and quantitative modeling for strategic initiatives.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain topline-planning models for budgeting and forecasting.

• Manage and optimize the management book using Tableau or another tool.

• Assist with internal management reviews, board meetings, and Field Finance partners.

• Consolidate monthly and quarterly actuals against forecasts, highlighting trends and variance drivers.

• Collaborate with data analysts across teams to ensure alignment throughout the company.

• Identify opportunities for automating manual financial reporting and removing bottlenecks.

• Simplify data structures and workflows across the GTM and Finance technology stack.

• Define and maintain the primary KPIs for Contentsquare.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a BI or Data Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proficient in business intelligence, data analytics, system architecture, and AI-driven functionalities.

• Experience with Snowflake/DBT frameworks.

• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, long-term strategic planning, and resource allocation.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.

• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Full proficiency in English.

• Curious, proactive, and enthusiastic about championing new tools.

• Highly organized, project-focused, adaptable, and capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.

• Hands-on experience with an EPM tool like Pigment is a plus.
