Finance Associate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the program area director and leadership team on the implementation of programs, new business initiatives, and strategic direction.

• Oversee all financial aspects of a complex portfolio.

• Propel business financials and ensure accountability across various programs and initiatives.

• Assess and evaluate program performance.

• Create the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan.

• Develop and manage forecasts for Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Net Cash.

• Deliver financial briefings and communications to customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Collaborate on cost strategies that support competitive captures.

• Lead and mentor a team of over 20 finance professionals, including managers and direct reports.

• Oversee Estimates at Complete, customer reporting, proposal and start-up gates, working capital management, and earned value processes.

• Provide financial leadership throughout business capture, proposal development, contract setup, execution, and long-term implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

• Professional background in a related finance role.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing personnel.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management is preferred.

• Experience in proposals and competitive capture is preferred.

• Background in leading P&L across production and development is preferred.

• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
