Finance Associate – AP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess and confirm the completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies of incoming supplier invoices.

• Efficiently process and log supplier invoices using NetSuite.

• Reconcile supplier payments and allocations, ensuring timely and accurate clearing.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or payments in collaboration with the Finance and Operations teams.

• Assist in month-end Accounts Payable reconciliations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable are preferred.

• Previous experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and capability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Availability to work from 7 PM IST to 3 AM IST, Monday through Saturday.
