This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate cost code reports utilizing Excel.

• Create and distribute Payment Schedules to vendors.

• Monitor supplier expenditures against Purchase Orders and notify the team when a vendor exceeds their approved PO limit.

• Ensure daily maintenance of precise reconciliation and account records in Excel.

• Address questions or highlight discrepancies as they occur, rather than guessing or delaying action.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, including:

• Data entry and formatting capabilities.

• Cell formatting (fonts, borders, colors, number formats).

• Sorting and filtering of data.

• Basic formula knowledge (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MIN, MAX).

• Ability to build and maintain reconciliation reports.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working autonomously and proactively addressing issues or obstacles instead of postponing them.

• Note on experience: We welcome recent graduates (in accounting, finance, commerce, or similar fields) with strong Excel skills, even if they lack bookkeeping experience, as well as candidates with current bookkeeping/accounts experience. Excel proficiency is the key criterion, rather than years of experience.

• Highly regarded (not mandatory).

• Background in bookkeeping for an Australian construction, building, civil, fit-out, or trade business.

• Familiarity with MYOB.

• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
