Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute all business processes related to Accounts Payable.

• Support the development of products for the LaSalle Digital Experience (LDX) platform.

• Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create product release plans and assist in their implementation.

• Process and enter invoices within agreed timelines and accuracy standards.

• Adhere to process documentation and perform daily invoice entry along with quality audits.

• Manage the general mailbox.

• Generate system-driven reports and backup process reports.

• Prepare and review functional process documentation.

• Document exceptions encountered during processing.

• Record received documentation and relevant information.

• Identify data discrepancies, queries, and missing information.

• Address queries promptly.

• Monitor user acceptance and assist in issue investigations.

• Ensure productivity and efficiency align with business requirements.

• Foster client relationships and address any concerns.

• Meet client survey and KPI expectations.

• Contribute to the development of best practices.

• Mentor and provide training and guidance to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Flexibility and adaptability with a willingness to embrace change.

• Capability to manage daily stress and emotional challenges effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Finance background) with relevant work experience in Accounts Payable.

• At least 1–3 years of industry experience in a corporate setting, third-party service provider, or consultancy.

• Accounting knowledge is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Awareness of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle is advantageous.

• Availability to work 40 scheduled hours per week.
