Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Receive warm, inbound leads in real-time that have been pre-screened.

• Sell whole life insurance focused on final expenses.

• Compare offerings from leading A-rated insurance carriers.

• Provide impartial recommendations tailored to customer requirements.

• Utilize proprietary software to determine the optimal product for consumers.

• Deliver immediate decisions during the sales process.

• Assist customers in choosing insurance products while maximizing savings.

• Address customer objections and achieve sales objectives.

• Work during high-volume hours throughout peak season.

• Manage multiple systems while engaging in conversations with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.

• Preferably 1 year of telesales experience.

• An active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is necessary.

• Experience in financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or financial P&L management may be considered.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Job stability is required; career advancement is preferred.

• A hardwired high-speed internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and upload speeds is essential.

• Ability to work for extended periods while seated at a desk and using a computer.

• Ability to commit to high-volume hours during peak season.

• Proficient technology skills, including the use of multiple screens, proprietary CRM, and managing various systems while maintaining client conversations.

• Must be commission-driven, coachable, humble, competitive, self-motivated, positive, and adaptable.
