Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Receive real-time, pre-screened warm inbound leads

• Sell whole life insurance for final expense

• Compare offerings from top-rated A-rated carriers

• Provide impartial product recommendations tailored to customer needs

• Utilize proprietary software to identify the optimal product fit for consumers

• Facilitate immediate point-of-sale decisions

• Assist customers in selecting insurance products that fulfill their requirements

• Address customer objections and achieve sales targets

• Work during high-volume hours in peak seasons

• Manage multiple systems while engaging in conversations with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of required sales experience

• Preferred 1 year of telesales experience

• Must have an active resident insurance license in Life, Accident, & Health

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred

• Job stability is essential; a history of career progression is preferred

• Hardwired high-speed internet with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and upload speeds is required

• Ability to work for extended periods while seated at a desk and using a computer

• Willingness to commit to high-volume hours during peak seasons

• Proficient in technology, including the use of multiple screens and systems

• Capable of navigating multiple systems and retrieving critical information while conversing with clients

• Driven by commissions

• Open to coaching and demonstrates humility

• Competitive, self-motivated, and positive with the ability to exhibit leadership qualities
