Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Receive timely, warm, inbound, and pre-qualified leads

• Market final expense whole life insurance

• Evaluate products from leading A-rated carriers

• Offer impartial recommendations tailored to customer requirements

• Utilize proprietary software to identify the optimal product fit for consumers

• Provide instant decisions at the point of sale

• Assist consumers in saving both time and money on insurance

• Address customer objections and meet sales targets

• Engage in training and implement new selling techniques and feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is necessary

• 1 year of telesales experience is preferred

• An active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is required

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• Job stability is essential

• A proven track record of career advancement is preferred

• A hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps is required; an upgrade is needed if these speeds are not met

• Capability to work extended hours sitting at a desk and using a computer

• Willingness to commit to high-volume hours during peak seasons

• Proficient in technology and able to navigate a proprietary CRM system, manage multiple screens, and utilize various systems while maintaining client conversations

• Driven by commissions
