Final Expense Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads

• Sell whole life insurance for final expenses

• Evaluate products from leading A-rated carriers

• Offer impartial product suggestions tailored to customer needs

• Utilize proprietary software to determine the optimal product fit

• Deliver immediate decisions at the point of sale

• Address customer objections and achieve sales targets

• Engage in coaching and implement new sales techniques

• Operate within a proprietary CRM and various systems while interacting with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience is mandatory

• 1 year of telesales experience is preferred

• An active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is required

• Relevant experience can include financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or managing financial P&L

• A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary

• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• Job stability is essential; career advancement is preferred

• High-speed internet with a minimum download and upload speed of 20 Mbps is required

• Capability to work for extended periods seated at a desk and using a computer

• Ability to handle high-volume hours during peak periods

• Competence in using multiple screens and systems while navigating a proprietary CRM during client conversations
