This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct quality assurance assessments of information, correspondence, and files.
• Ensure all cases are equipped with accurate information for the examination process.
• Review files to confirm that client instructions and specifications are adhered to.
• Accurately quote examination fees on a daily basis in line with company policies.
• Direct cases to the appropriate board specialty in accordance with client specifications and state regulations.
• Assist with the data entry of billing information.
• Inform management of any case issues or concerns that require attention.
• Adhere to HIPAA compliance practices, as well as state and federal safety standards and legal regulations.
• Contact physicians regarding invoices.
• Provide assistance with mail as necessary.
• Help with the scanning of documents.
• Support the customer service team and contribute to the overall functionality of the Customer Service Department.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical or related field; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to this requirement.
• Knowledge or experience with Medicare is a PLUS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and navigating the Internet.
• Strong command of English, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Capability to foster and promote a positive team-oriented atmosphere.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time zone.
