• Supervise, create, and implement training programs for field personnel.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Generally requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Capability to create and implement training programs for field personnel.

• Ability to assess training needs and standardize training initiatives.

• Proficiency in tracking and reporting on training effectiveness.

• Skill in developing staff and end-user competencies.

• Competence in promoting best practices and supporting business unit objectives.

• Ability to identify and resolve common issues using established methods.

• Proficient in communicating moderately complex information in standard situations.

• Capacity to operate under general supervision and manage personal workload.
