This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver training and professional development for new franchisees, managers, and current restaurant staff.

• Assist with New Store Openings throughout the year.

• Collaborate closely with the RTP Senior Field Training Manager.

• Work in partnership with Field team members, Field Training Support Specialist, Franchise Business Consultants, and others.

• Organize and execute training and education programs on company standards, processes, and policies for all Round Table Pizza locations.

• Keep up-to-date on training methods and techniques, integrating them into the Round Table Pizza training program.

• Review field information and stay informed on company programs and products to assist franchisees.

• Prepare training records for each session and submit them to the Director of Training & Operations Services.

• Mentor trainees in all aspects of Round Table Pizza operations.

• Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions as necessary.

• Serve as the corporate training liaison in the field, communicating training needs and concerns to the corporate team.

• Certify franchisees, franchisee training managers, and corporate trainers.

• Enhance and support existing franchise locations by training and reinforcing brand standards.

• Contribute to the development of programs and the scheduling of training classes.

• Ensure that training materials, job aids, training programs, and e-learning resources are current, accurate, and effective.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead training role.

• Reside in Southern California; candidates from anywhere in California are welcome.

• Strong commitment to excellence and high standards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding presentation abilities.

• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally on projects at all organizational levels.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Adaptable and able to handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected circumstances.

• Proven track record of delivering successful presentations to individuals and groups across all levels of an organization.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Competent in writing routine reports and correspondence.

• Skilled in speaking effectively before franchise owners, upper management, or restaurant staff.

• Ability to apply basic math and algebra concepts.

• Capable of solving practical problems and providing constructive feedback to trainees.

• Familiarity with database software, internet applications, inventory software, order processing systems, and spreadsheet software.

• ServSafe Certified.

• Willingness to travel weekly (over 90%).

• Open to frequent domestic and international travel.

• Flexible scheduling for training sessions.
