Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site visits to reach out to parties who have not responded

• Gather recorded statements from witnesses and involved individuals when permitted

• Confirm residency, occupancy, and other information pertinent to claims

• Aid in verifying facts related to losses and reported incidents

• Assist in locating witnesses and validating their identities

• Carry out scene inspections and document observations

• Capture photographs of vehicles, property damage, accident scenes, and other relevant locations

• Help procure surveillance footage from local businesses, residences, or other sources

• Record findings and submit reports, photos, and field notes promptly

• Deliver documents or claim-related checks and acquire necessary signatures

• Visit medical facilities to obtain records or verify provider activity and licensing credentials

• Complete additional field tasks as requested by Claims Adjusters or Investigators

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

• Represent Aspire positively with customers, witnesses, businesses, medical offices, and community members

• Provide responsive support that enhances the experience of customers and claimants

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Willingness to travel frequently within an assigned region

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during difficult interactions

• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks in the field

• Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, cameras, and mobile applications

• Preferred experience in insurance, investigations, customer service, field operations, security, law enforcement, or a related field

• Previous experience in collecting documentation, photographs, or field observations preferred

• Must be able to walk, stand, drive, and work in varying weather conditions

• Capability to manage sensitive or challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy
