Field Support Manager – Inspections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled inspections of store racking and cantilever systems.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with National Rack Standards and manufacturer guidelines.

• Collaborate with store leadership on scheduling, inspection outcomes, and routine training initiatives.

• Assess material requirements.

• Identify potential enhancements using the inspection application.

• Offer insights on field trends and opportunities for improvement in the inspection process.

• Execute ad hoc requests as necessary.

• Analyze independent engineering audits for constructive feedback and learning opportunities.

• Carry out and evaluate store racking inspections throughout the designated territory.

• Partner with store leadership to address immediate safety issues and provide training on National Racking Standards.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Inspections.

• Travel overnight over 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau is necessary.

• Knowledge of presentation software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Proven project management abilities.

• Capable of communicating complex or technical concepts in an easily understandable manner to diverse audiences.

• Skilled in negotiation, complaint handling, dispute resolution, and addressing grievances with both internal and external clients.
