Field Support Manager – Inspections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular inspections of store racking and cantilever systems.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with National Rack Standards as well as manufacturer guidelines.

• Collaborate with store leadership to coordinate scheduling, inspection outcomes, and ongoing training sessions.

• Assess material requirements.

• Spot opportunities using the inspection app and offer insights on field trends.

• Address ad hoc requests as needed.

• Evaluate independent engineering inspection audits for constructive feedback and learning opportunities.

• Provide insights on field trends and opportunities for improving the inspection process.

• Conduct and review store racking inspections throughout the assigned territory.

• Work closely with store leadership to address immediate safety issues and provide training on National Racking Standards.

• Typically report to the Senior Manager of Inspections.

• Expect to travel overnight more than 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau.

• Knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Ability to communicate complex or technical concepts clearly to a diverse audience.

• Skilled in negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and managing grievances with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience.
