Field Support Manager – Inspection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular inspections of store racking and cantilever systems to ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with National Rack Standards as well as manufacturer guidelines.

• Collaborate and communicate with store management regarding scheduling, inspection results, and ongoing training efforts.

• Assess material requirements.

• Spot opportunities using the inspection app and offer insights on field trends.

• Execute additional tasks as necessary.

• Analyze independent engineering audits of inspections for insights and improvement.

• Provide input on field trends and opportunities within the inspection process.

• Carry out and evaluate store racking inspections throughout the designated territory.

• Partner with store leadership on urgent safety issues and training related to National Racking Standards.

• Be prepared to travel overnight more than 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Tableau software.

• Experience with presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated skills in project management.

• Capability to articulate complex or technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner for a diverse audience.

• Proficient in negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and managing grievances with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.

• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience.
