Field Support Manager – Executions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of annual project budgets.

• Assess project cost/benefit analysis, project setup, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries.

• Analyze project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary objectives.

• Guarantee compliance in capitalization and expense treatment.

• Deliver business process requirements concerning inventory, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution functions.

• Discover opportunities for increased efficiency and establish business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure.

• Create and leverage analytical financial and operational reports.

• Conduct financial analysis, root cause analysis, and project analysis for senior leadership.

• Propel key functional metrics in targeted areas.

• Collaborate across functions to implement The Home Depot merchandising strategies.

• Assist operations throughout the Southwest/Gulf regions.

• Generally report to a Director with no direct supervisory responsibilities.

• Travel overnight less than 10% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience applying accounting and finance principles and practices, including financial data analysis and reporting.

• Understanding of business management and the principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Established ability to nurture positive business relationships and operate effectively in a complex cross-functional environment.

• Proven capability to convey complex terminology to varied audiences at different levels, including executive leadership.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities, including diagnosing issues and devising solutions for complex challenges.

• Ability to comprehend and apply business concepts related to finance and operations.
