Field Support Manager – Executions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee processes and offer support for all reset initiatives

• Assist in the formulation of annual project budgets

• Analyze project cost/benefit assessments, project configurations, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries

• Examine project expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary targets

• Guarantee that capitalization and expense treatments adhere to compliance standards

• Supply business process requirements for inventory management, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution activities

• Discover opportunities for efficiency and articulate business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure

• Create and apply analytical financial and operational reports

• Conduct financial, root cause, and project analyses for executive leadership

• Propel key functional metrics in targeted areas

• Collaborate across functions to implement merchandising strategies

• Generally report to a Director; no direct reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age

• Must be authorized to work legally in the United States

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience

• Proven experience in applying accounting and finance principles, including financial data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with business management principles related to strategic planning and resource distribution

• Demonstrated ability to foster positive business relationships and perform effectively in a complex cross-functional environment

• Capability to establish and maintain open communication regarding work and outcomes

• Proficiency in conveying complex terminology to diverse audiences at different levels, including executive leaders

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to identify issues and devise solutions for intricate problems

• Comprehension and application of business concepts from both finance and operations viewpoints
