Field Support Manager – Executions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of annual project budgets.

• Assess project cost/benefit analyses, project setup, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries.

• Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary objectives.

• Guarantee that capitalization and expense treatments meet compliance standards.

• Provide requirements for business processes related to inventory, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution activities.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and outline business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure.

• Create and utilize analytical financial and operational reports.

• Conduct financial analyses, root cause investigations, and project evaluations for executive leadership.

• Drive key functional metrics in targeted areas.

• Collaborate across functions to implement merchandising initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience with accounting and finance principles, including financial data analysis and reporting.

• Understanding of business management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Track record of fostering positive business relationships and thriving in a complex, cross-functional environment.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective two-way communication regarding work and results.

• Proven capability to convey complex terminology to diverse audiences, including executive leaders, at various levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and devise solutions for complex challenges.

• Familiarity with business concepts from both finance and operations perspectives.

• Willingness to travel overnight, typically less than 10% of the time.

• Capability to move or lift light items on rare occasions.
