Field Support Manager – Executions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee process management and provide support for all reset projects.

• Engage in forecasting, budgeting, cost control, operational metrics, project financials, inventory procurement, and related tasks.

• Assist in the development of annual project budgets.

• Analyze project cost/benefit assessments, setups, inventories, change controls, and SAP journal entries.

• Review expenditures on projects to ensure adherence to budgetary objectives.

• Ensure compliance in capitalization and expense treatments.

• Deliver business process requirements for inventory, purchasing, logistics, systems, and execution activities.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and define business requirements for project management tools and infrastructure.

• Develop and leverage analytical financial and operational reports.

• Conduct financial analyses, root cause analyses, and project evaluations for executive leadership.

• Drive essential functional metrics in specified areas.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement merchandising initiatives.

• Typically report to a Director and have no direct reports.

• Travel overnight less than 10% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age or older.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field of study.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience utilizing accounting and finance principles and practices, including the analysis and reporting of financial data.

• Familiarity with business management and principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Established ability to foster positive business relationships and operate effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.

• Capability to maintain open communication with others regarding work and outcomes.

• Proven ability to convey complex terminology to diverse audiences at various levels, including executive leaders.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with a focus on diagnosing issues and developing solutions for complex challenges.

• Understanding and application of business concepts in finance and operations.
