Field Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with clinical, technical, and operational executives and leaders.

• Identify current workflows, pain points, data infrastructure limitations, and strategic objectives.

• Align client requirements with applicable Tom use cases.

• Recognize solution risks, feasibility challenges, and implementation dependencies.

• Provide tailored demonstrations that showcase future-state care delivery powered by Tom.

• Lead Tom Immersion Studio experiences.

• Articulate AI models, RAG, data ingestion, and associated technical mechanics in terms of their business and clinical significance.

• Collaboratively develop deal-specific Points of View and personalized solution blueprints.

• Specify use cases, integration/configuration assumptions, pilot parameters, and phased deployment strategies.

• Collaborate with Growth account owners on account-level strategy.

• Jointly create client-specific value hypotheses, ROI models, and business-case inputs alongside Finance and Revenue teams.

• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.

• Ensure smooth transitions from Sales to Implementation and Customer Success.

• Document use cases, workflow designs, scoped parameters, success metrics, and clinical/technical assumptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare solution engineering, clinical transformation, healthcare consulting, technical pre-sales, or healthcare SaaS sales.

• In-depth knowledge of provider/payer economics, population health management, and the operational imperatives of health systems.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with customer executives, clinical leadership, and technical practitioners.

• Proficient in discussing APIs, EHR workflows, and clinical protocols.

• Proven experience in participating in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and clinical/technical storytelling skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Cannot require visa sponsorship for this position.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare platforms, Conversational AI, or contemporary data architectures such as FHIR, HL7, cloud databases, and interoperability tools.

• Experience in a startup-oriented organization with the ability to adapt quickly and establish new processes.
