This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Offer general technical guidance and support to clients regarding the operation, maintenance, repair, logistics, and installation of GE products.
• Deliver on-site data interpretation and technical instructions.
• Provide Project Engineering, Program Management, and Field Service management with comprehensive and timely updates on program status, customer issues, failures, trends, and environmental conditions.
• Relay program activities and challenges to Product Support and Field Service through regular and timely reports.
• Prepare reports, gather and analyze market intelligence, and communicate sales opportunities related to assigned programs and support.
• Assist clients in organizing maintenance schedules and managing workloads.
• Help ensure that parts align with established timelines.
• Offer recommendations based on findings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance actions to determine training requirements.
• Anticipate needs beyond immediate program requirements and support the implementation of solutions.
• Execute intermediate and depot-level maintenance tasks.
• Carry out hands-on repairs and maintenance of the R391 Composite Propeller System and associated components.
• An Associate’s Degree or a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to global locations.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 65 lbs.
• At least 2 years of experience in extensive repairs and conversions, as well as maintenance and repair work on aircraft engine and/or propeller systems.
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of aviation experience in a Field Service or Maintenance role.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Capable of interfacing at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Must demonstrate U.S. Person status for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee/refugee status.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
