Field Service Technician – Technik/Techniczka Serwisu Terenowego

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Repair and maintenance of RVM machines

• Service, preventive work, and cleaning of RVM machines

• Assembly, installation, and disassembly of RVM machines

• Optimization and setup of equipment at customer locations

• Regular visits to clients as per assigned tasks

• Performing administrative and operational tasks, including closing work orders in the system

• Handling spare parts and internal logistics

• Collaborating with the technical support department to resolve service issues

• Participating in various projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical secondary education (in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or mechatronics)

• Proficiency in English sufficient for working with instructions in English

• Experience in a similar position

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, from Monday to Saturday

• Ability to work with electrical devices up to 400V

• Familiarity with MS Office suite

• Category B driving license
