Field Service Technician, Technical Support – Automotive Testing Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial contact for customers seeking technical assistance, both via phone and on-site, across national and international locations.

• Assemble, commission, and service automotive testing equipment, such as brake testers, vehicle lifts, and axle play detectors.

• Provide training to customers on product operation.

• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components.

• Carry out quality inspections.

• Offer technical expertise to support the R&D department.

• Facilitate customer training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical or vocational qualification, such as in mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Possession of a Class B driving license.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Strong computer skills.

• Confident in handling technical documentation.

• Ideally, experience in technical field service or as a service technician.

• Independent and solution-focused work ethic.

• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and teamwork.
