This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake systems.

• Offer both on-site and remote technical support to guarantee optimal machine performance.

• Educate customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software problems.

• Create comprehensive service documentation and reports.

• Keep technical documentation current and assist with parts identification.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and holiday support.

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, or Press Brake systems.

• Practical experience with the installation of industrial machinery or field service.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Concur, and Kronos.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.

• Willing to work overtime and on occasional weekends.

• Prepared for extensive travel, up to 100% overnight Monday–Friday, including occasional international trips.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues.

• Competent in organizing work, managing time effectively, and working independently.
