This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Waterjet, CNC Laser, and Press Brake systems.

• Deliver both on-site and remote technical support to ensure machines operate at peak performance.

• Educate customers on machine operation, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software concerns.

• Prepare detailed service documentation and reports.

• Keep technical documentation current and assist in parts identification.

• Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and holiday assistance.

• Execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Travel extensively to customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• An associate degree in Electronics, Robotics, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience with Waterjet, CNC Laser, or Press Brake systems.

• Practical experience with the installation of industrial machinery or field service.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Concur, and Kronos.

• A valid driver’s license and passport are required.

• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Willingness to work overtime and on occasion, weekends.

• Ability to travel extensively, up to 100% overnight from Monday to Friday, with potential international travel.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues.

• Capacity to organize work, manage time efficiently, and operate independently.
