Field Service Technician – Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify problems and suggest maintenance solutions.

• Carry out repairs on products.

• Provide support and guidance to customers regarding robot usage.

• Generate service reports within the CRM system.

• Oversee the remote inventory of spare parts.

• Conduct maintenance training sessions.

• Collaborate with team members to monitor customer accounts.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of service quality.

• Engage directly with clients in the medical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and automotive sectors.

• Operate from the production facility located in Faverges.

• Complete an extensive onboarding program lasting several weeks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably related to the maintenance or installation of specialized machinery.

• In-depth technical expertise in mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial IT, and automation.

• Familiarity with one or more programming languages.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Capacity to work autonomously.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

• Willingness to work in a field-based role within the Nantes region.
