Field Service Technician – Robotics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify problems and suggest maintenance solutions

• Repair equipment

• Support and guide customers on robot functionality

• Generate service reports within the CRM system

• Oversee the inventory of spare parts remotely

• Provide maintenance training sessions

• Collaborate with the broader team to monitor customer accounts

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the service

• Engage directly with clients in high-tech sectors

• Take part in a multi-week onboarding program, which includes immersion at the production facility in Haute-Savoie and on-site training with a seasoned technician

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a two-year technical degree or equivalent

• Proven initial experience in a comparable role, preferably in the maintenance or installation of specialized machinery

• Strong technical expertise in mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial IT, and automation

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages

• Comfortable with English communication

• Ability to work autonomously

• Strong focus on customer service

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
