Field Service Technician – Pharma & Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Conduct service and maintenance on Anton Paar measuring instruments.

• Oversee the commissioning and start-up of equipment.

• Diagnose issues and implement fault resolution strategies.

• Deliver after-sales service, including proactive support for customers.

• Assist customers across northwestern Austria.

• This is a field-based position covering the greater Linz, Salzburg, and Vöcklabruck regions, as well as western and northern Austria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of technical training or education (such as apprenticeship, technical college, or HTL) or an equivalent technical qualification.

• A strong interest in technology is essential.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in German, both written and spoken (C1 level).

• Proficient in English and familiar with PC usage.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, demonstrating a confident and professional demeanor.

• Willingness to travel throughout western and northern Austria; occasional overnight hotel stays during the workweek may be necessary.

• Strong focus on customer service and results orientation.
