This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to clients via phone and email.

• Diagnose technical problems on-site.

• Execute service and repair tasks, including assessing malfunctioning instruments.

• Organize and conduct on-site repairs and preventive maintenance following established procedures and standards.

• Generate and maintain service reports for customer visits within the CRM system.

• Collaborate and communicate with Applications, Helpdesks, and Service Administration teams.

• Perform administrative tasks for the CRM service module.

• Ensure accurate registration and maintenance of support tickets and service orders.

• Oversee inventory, spare parts, and tools management.

• Maintain and calibrate advanced measurement and analytical instruments.

• Provide guidance and training to users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable technical qualification.

• Experience in servicing laboratory or analytical instruments is a plus.

• Capability to work independently.

• Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Proficient administrative abilities.

• Ability to work accurately with the CRM system.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel across the Netherlands and occasionally to headquarters for technical training.

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Ideally located in the central region of the Netherlands.

• A valid driving license.
