This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary service expert for customers within the home region.

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance tasks, safety inspections, and other service duties on installed systems.

• Quickly identify faults and provide practical, effective solutions.

• Be comfortable working at heights of up to 7 metres when necessary.

• Serve as a friendly, solution-oriented point of contact for customers.

• Offer recommendations for necessary service work to customers.

• Deliver on-site training and instruction to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, such as an industrial electrician, electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, certified electrical specialist, or a related field.

• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.

• Capability to safely work with voltages up to 1000 volts.

• Preferably, experience in field service.

• Willingness to work at heights of up to 7 metres.

• Strong dedication and exceptional customer focus.

• Ability to work independently and with a solution-oriented approach.

• A valid Category B driving licence is required.
