Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at the sites of end customers as well as for system operators.

• Offering customer-focused advice to clients in the heating sector via phone and in-person interactions.

• Assisting colleagues in technical field service throughout the broader service area.

• Taking on on-call responsibilities to ensure prompt customer assistance.

• Serving as a Field Service Technician in the Munich area to promote sustainable energy solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer.

• Additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or technician are preferred.

• Professional experience in customer service, particularly in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology.

• Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate is required; a Category 2 certificate is a plus.

• Valid Class B driver’s license.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong technical skills, a high degree of customer orientation, and a willingness to travel.
